This is a really good deal.  Especially when you factor in the savings on anti-emetic treatments for your learners (which could be substantial for standard really boring online mandatory training courses).  If you expose your learners to dull and tedious mandatory training, the next thing they end up in hospital with intractable vomiting getting stuck with an IV , and you might notice the person cannulating is not wearing gloves, and may even be inserting the IV into the radial artery rather than the vein.  It's not going to end well is it?  Your learner could even finish up in Expensive Scare on one of his own trial drugs.   Do you want that for your hard working clinical investigators?   Of course not!
